Emirates ID Director General inspects progress of work at Al Ain Center

In continuation of the efforts of the Emirates Identity Authority’s Higher Management and also its keenness on intensifying field visits to all registration centers across the UAE, H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, has made an inspection tour of Al Ain Registration Center.

During his inspection of the progress of work at the Center and his dialogues with a number of employees, Al Khouri stressed the necessity to carry on serious work and exert all efforts that would lead to an excellent customer service and maintain the quality and continuous development of the services provided.

He also stressed the importance and necessity of providing prestigious services to all categories of customers and applicants, reminding all the Center’s employees that all customers should be treated on an equal footing and that the Emirates Identity Authority is dealing with them on the basis of its vital values and its keenness on upgrading the services provided to them and raising their satisfaction with these services.

During his inspection tour, Al Khouri was also briefed on the progress of work at the Data Verification Office at Al Ain Registration Center and listened to the employees’ comments and suggestions with respect to the Center’s flexible working hours system, which received great acclaim from all the employees.

Meanwhile, Al Khouri met during his tour with a number of applicants and registrants and listened attentively to their personal comments on the standard of the services provided by Al Ain Registration Center. He also instructed that these comments be studied and dealt with earnestly and attentively in a bid to upgrade the services provided.

Al Khouri was accompanied by Mr. Mohamed Al Harithi, Director, Abu Dhabi District for Registration Centers.
