Nasser Al Mazroee, Executive Director of Customer Happiness Centers Operations Sector at Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA), inspected the work progress in Al-Wahda Customer Happiness Center.
Al Mazroee met, during the visit accompanied by Ismael Fadhlullah, the Director of Customer Happiness Centers and Muhammad Ayed Al-Ahbabi, Customer Happiness Centers Consultant, the employees, director and supervisors of the customer happiness center and some customers, and listened to their comments regarding the work progress and their suggestions to develop and enhance the performance.
Al Mazroee invited the Center’s employees to do their work perfectly as per the highest levels of quality and excellence, and to act positively in order to raise the level of services provided to the customers, for the purpose of making them happy and put a smile on their faces.
