Ismail Fadlallah, ICA’s Director of Customer Happiness Centers, inspected and supervised the progress of work at Customer Happiness Center adjoining to the Preventive Medicine Center in Al-Quoz, Dubai. He also inspected a part of the process of providing services to the Center’s auditors.
During the visit, Fadlallah met with the Center’s staff, manager and a number of customers and listened to their opinions, comments and suggestions with the aim of developing performance and upgrading the services provided to them to the best possible level.
At the end of visit, Fadlallah honored the Center’s distinguished staff in recognition of their efforts and dedication in performing their tasks and achieving high rates of productivity.
