Director of “ Abu Dhabi Nationality Department” checks out the services provided to the Customers

Colonel Morshid Hamad Al Mazrouei, Director of Abu Dhabi Nationality Department, checked out the work in the sections of the Department, and the mechanisms followed in providing the customers with the services that comply with the approach of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship in terms of customer happiness and achievement of the highest satisfaction rates toward the services.

Colonel Al Mazrouei met the front desk employees and administrative officers and listened to their opinions, and comments, and suggestions regarding the work and mechanisms of promoting the services provided to the customers.
He also met a number of customers and asked about their satisfaction with the nationality services and listened to their opinions, comm, ents, and suggestions on developing them to achieve their aspirations.

Lieutenant colonel Saeed Hamad Al Afari, Deputy Director of the Nationality Department in Abu Dhabi, accompanied Colonel Al Mazrouei during the tour.
