Sultan Al Dhahiri, Director of the Abu Dhabi Customer Happiness Centers, reviewed the work progress of ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Shahama and reviewed part of the process of providing services to the Center’s customers.
During the visit, Al Dhahiri met the center’s staff, its director, and a number of customers, and listened to their opinions, comments, and suggestions in order to improve and develop performance.
Al Dhaheri urged the center’s employees to master their work according to the highest levels of quality and excellence, and to continuously improve the level of customer service, to make them happy and satisfied.
