The acting director of “Abu Dhabi Centers”, director of Customer Happiness Center of Emirates Identity Authority at Al Ain, Amer Al-Muhri honored the employee, Khadija Ali Al-Kaabi, who is an administrative officer in Customer Happiness Center at Khalifa Medical City, in recognition of her dedication in performing of her duties, and her excellence in providing services to customers.
This honor comes under EIDA’s attention to motivate and encourage its staff to contribute to making customers happy and satisfied and put a smile on their faces.
Al- Muhri delivered in the presence of Center Director, Ahmed Al- Qubaisi an Appreciation Certificate to the employee who thanked the Emirates Identity Authority for this honor which will contribute to motivating her continuously.
