His Excellency Major General Saeed Salem Balhas Al Shamsi, Acting Director General of Identity and Foreigners Affairs at the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, conducted an inspection visit on Wednesday, 11 February 2026, to the Al Lisaili Identity Services Branch at the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai. He was received by a number of officers responsible for identity and passport services in Dubai.
During the visit, His Excellency reviewed workflow within the teams, assessed the level of services provided to customers, and examined development plans aimed at enhancing customer happiness. He also discussed the branch’s operational needs to further improve efficiency and elevate the quality of services delivered.
The visit forms part of the Authority’s ongoing commitment to maintaining field presence at operational sites, monitoring workflows, directly reviewing challenges and development plans, assessing compliance with approved regulations and procedures, and motivating employees to enhance performance and demonstrate dedication in serving customers.
