HE Brigadier Mohammed Abdullah Alwan, Director General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ajman stated that promoting the concept of customer care to exceed achieving satisfaction to happiness has become now a rooted philosophy in the UAE Government system, which adopts global leading concepts in different fields.
Alwan made these statements during his inspecting visit to GDRFA-Ajman Service Halls. He met customers and listened to their viewpoints on how to develop the services and requirements to be necessarily provided. The customers expressed their happiness with the efforts exerted by GDRFA to achieve customer happiness by launching different initiatives to achieve their aspirations. Among these initiatives, the Happiness Gate, which measures customers’ happiness on a daily basis. It allows customers to express their impressions and satisfaction with the service as well as providing a channel to make their feedback on their experience with customers Happiness Centers.
Brigadier Alwan further added that the UAE government is keen on deepening the concept of happiness and prosperity in the UAE community by adopting various leading concepts and initiatives, foremost among which is developing e-services and enabling customers to access the services 24/7 through their smartphones, saving their time, effort, costs and achieving happiness.
He noted that UAE wise leadership established social, economic, and political structures, thus UAE could take the lead over other countries, which preceded it by decades. This is reflected through tangible indicators across all levels and through the safe and stable life pattern, created by adopting a globally leading policy that enhances sustainable happiness for the nationals, residents, and visitors.
