Dhaid Customer Service Center held an activity to achieve employee satisfaction and spread permanent optimism and strengthen the positive energy among them.
Organized by Mariam Fadlallah as the Center’s Happiness Employee for this month, the activity entailed distribution of roses among employees along with cards that carry expressions that motivate them to keep smiling and provide satisfactory customer services. The activity also involved preparation of cards to be installed on the Center’s sign, highlighting the importance of nice words and positive spirit between the employees on one hand and between them and the customers on the other.
