ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Khalifa City organized an activity to celebrate Emirati Children’s Day, which falls on March 15 each year.
The celebration, which was attended by a delegation of students from Al Ittihad Private School in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, included the organization of a number of activities, which included the installation of the elements of the Emirates ID card. Each child placed his fingerprint on the map of the state, which was fixed on the wall panel in the Center, repeating the phrase “I put my fingerprint and proud to be an Emirati child.”
At the end of the visit, the Center’s staff distributed simple gifts to the students, in order to make them happy and bring joy and pleasure to them, and they took the students in a tour in the various sections of the Center, during which, they listened to a simple explanation about the procedures for issuing the Emirates ID card and the nature of work in the sections and services provided by the Center to the customers.
