Customer Happiness Center in Fujairah receives a Delegation from DPW in Sharjah

A delegation from ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Fujairah visited the Directorate of Public Works of Sharjah. The Delegation was received by Ahmed Abdouly, the Center’s Director, who welcomed the visiting delegation and accompanied them in an inspection tour across all the Center’s sections.

During the tour, the delegation reviewed the experience of Fujairah Center with the Global Star Rating System for Services “7 Stars”. The Center’s Director provided a brief explanation to the delegation members on the services provided to customers and the mechanisms, practices, and standards adopted in this field.

At the end of the tour, the visiting delegation presented a memorial shield to the Center.
