ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Jazeera honors the employee, Munira Balushi, customers’ happiness administrator, for her distinguished efforts and dedication to work.
Mr. Amer Al-Muhri, the Center’s Director, granted her a certificate of appreciation, expressing his gratitude for her excellence and good performance in her work.
