ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Jazeera honors the employee, Munira Balushi, customers’ happiness administrator, for her distinguished efforts and dedication to work.
Mr. Amer Al-Muhri, the Center’s Director, granted her a certificate of appreciation, expressing his gratitude for her excellence and good performance in her work. He also called her colleagues for following her example and exerting more efforts to provide the highest quality and best services to customers.
For her part, Munira Balushi expressed her happiness with this king gesture and expressed her gratitude to ICA for its interest in its distinguished employees, which contributes to motivating them to provide their best.
