The Emirates Identity Authority has organized a training course titled “Identification of indicators of individual objectives related to the operating plan and strategic plan” as part of its keenness on spreading and bolstering knowledge among the first and second line leaderships.
The training course, in which a number of executive and departmental directors participated, focused on strategy as a concept and how to set and design strategic and operating objectives as well as the mechanism of identifying strategic indicators and the bases of the management of objectives and results for the ultimate goal of continuously developing the corporate performance as per organized and sustainable efforts for the achievement of the organization’s objectives.
The course, held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Yas Island on July 19 and 20, was attended by H.E. Yousef Al Bulooshi, Chief Executive Officer of Registration Centers, H.E. Mohamed Al Mazrouei, Executive Director of Population Register, H.E. Hatem Al Hamli, Executive Director for Finance Affairs, and a number of department directors at the Emirates Identity Authority.
