Customer Happiness Center at Al Karama honored its outstanding employees for the first half of 2017, in recognition of their efforts and dedication in performing their duties.
The Customer Happiness Center Department delivered Appreciation Certificates to the honored employees who expressed their happiness for this kind act and thanked EIDA for its care to honor the outstanding employees in their different positions, the matter which motivates them to do more efforts to achieve excellent performance.
On the sideline of honoring party, Customer Happiness Center’s staff also organized an activity entitled “Happiness Breakfast” during which the participants exchanged suggestions that are for the best interest of work and contribute to providing the best services to customers, in order to get out of the ordinary in discussing the work duties and to encourage employees to present ideas in an ambience of Familiarity and affection away from the routine, the matter which reflects positively on their performance, and motivates them to dedicate and be sincere in performing their duties.
