ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Jazeera has celebrated the International Day of Happiness, which the world celebrates on March 20 every year.
The event, supervised by the Center’s Director, Amer Al-Muhri, included distributing flowers and simple gifts to the Center’s employees who expressed their appreciation to the Center management for this kind gesture and gratitude to ICA for its care for employees and its constant efforts to please them and radiate positive energy.
The Center’s employees also distributed gifts with a smiley logo to the Center’s customers and those working in hospitality, guarding, and cleaning, in order to make them happy and bring joy and pleasure to their souls.
