ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Barsha has organized a group iftar for its employees in order to establish the values of collaboration and fraternity among them, away from the formal business atmosphere.
During the iftra at Ritz-Carlton Hotel, the Center’s employees congratulated each other for the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan. They also expressed their gratitude to the Center’s management for this kind gesture, which reflects ICA’s interest in its staff and its keenness to instil the values of companionship, harmony and affection among them. This in turn will motivate them to exert more efforts and improve their job performance.
