Al Barsha ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Parsha welcomed A delegation from the Republic of Malta, which visited the Center in order to preview the ICA’s experience in participating in the world star rating system adopted by the government (7 stars).
Jassim Al Rashed, Director of the Center, provided the visiting delegation in the presence of Rashid Al Nuaimi, Director of Customer Happiness Centers of Dubai and Northern Emirates, with a detailed explanation of the Emirates Programme of Excellence in Government services, the World Star Rating System for rating services, the best practices applied by ICA’s customer service centers in field of serving customers and the methodologies and initiatives adopted in this field, the matter which enabled three of its customer happiness centers to obtain a rating (5 stars) in the last cycle of the programme.
The center’s management organized a tour for the visiting delegation in its sections, in which they discussed the nature of the work, the procedures of registration and renewal, and the distinguished services provided to the customers.
The visiting delegation included Marioka Tuna, Chief Operating Officer of Malta Foundation, Priscilla Bujiga, Consultant to the Chief Executive Officer of the Malta Information Technology Agency, and Nancy Caruana, Permanent Secretary of the Maltese Ministry of Economy, while Muna Al Dhahnani, Senior Supervisor, Al Barsha Customer Happiness Center, and Mona Buamim, the Center Secretary.
