During the forum events, work papers were presented to underline the importance and impact of reading on the revival of the Arabic language. The work papers also discussed the family and school role in lingual upbringing of children and the social networks impact on the prevalence of the Arabic language among the teenagers.
At the end of the forum events, Sheikha Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, Chairwoman of Sheikh Mohamed Bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural and Educational Foundations, recognized the Emirates ID Authority’s role in supporting cultural and reading programs within 2016.
