ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Ain organized an initiative entitled “Summer Delight (Bahgat Saif)” to make its employees and customers happy and to bring joy and pleasure to their hearts.
The initiative, which was supervised by the Center’s female employees, allocated a corner for kids accompanied by their parents in the waiting hall. The corner included drawing tools and fun mind games for children.
The initiative activities also included distributing awareness brochures on health care and means for disease prevention, as well as quotations presented by some health centers in Al Ain city for the Center’s employees and customers. Other activities included distributing juices and UAE traditional desserts to the employees and customers, in order to bring joy and pleasure to their souls
