“Ajman Residence” holds the First Customer Forum

The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, represented by the Customer Happiness Department and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs of Ajman, organized the first customer forum for the year 2022 with the aim of strengthening partnership with customers and finding out about their expectations and suggestions to improve and develop the services provided.
The forum was chaired by Brigadier General Mohamed Abdullah Alwan, Executive Director of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ajman, and was attended by several directors and heads of departments in the Authority, in addition to customers from various segments of society.
In his opening speech, His Excellency Brigadier General Mohamed Abdullah Alwan stressed the Authority’s keenness to organize the customer’s forum because of its importance in achieving effective and direct communication with the public to get to know their ideas, let them express their opinions and suggestions as partners in developing and redesigning services in line with their experience and aspirations to advance the customer’s journey and create exceptional experience for them to provide services effectively, efficiently and with high quality.
The participants in the forum discussed the challenges and relevant solutions to them. At the end of the forum, His Excellency the Executive Director of the Department expressed his thanks to the customers for their participation and their positive role in enriching the dialogue with their suggestions, ideas and observations, which constitutes an important contribution to developing services and improving operations to improve the level of service and customer happiness.
