ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Ajman has celebrated the International Day of Happiness, which the world celebrates on March 20 every year.
The celebrations, supervised by the Center Acting Director, Khatam Al-Socotri, included honoring the Center’s distinguished employees, as an appreciation for their efforts and dedicated work. Nora Abdullah Al Mulla was honored for the most interactive employee and Asma Al Shehhi for the most cooperative employee. They expressed their appreciation to the Center’s management for this kind gesture and gratitude to ICA for its care for the distinguished employees and its constant efforts to please them and radiate positive energy.
The Center’s employees also distributed candies with a smiley logo to the Center’s customers and those working in hospitality, guarding, and cleaning, in order to make them happy and bring joy and pleasure to their souls. Besides, a tree called “Happiness Tree” was placed in a corner in the Customer’s waiting area, to give them the chance to express their happiness by writing positive and pleasant messages and hanging them to the tree.
