ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Ras Al Khaima hosted a delegation from “Al-Reyada” School female students, as part of ICA’s eager and continued interaction with the “Year of Zayed” initiatives, launched by H.H Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the state. The events are meant to mark 100 years since the birth of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
During the visit, students has participated with the Center’s female employees in instilling a palm tree called “Zayed Palm Tree” in commemoration of his memory, which reflects and consolidates the values of altruism, fraternization, social and human compassion instilled by the late founding father in either UAE nationals and residents.
At the end of visit, the Center’s management organized a tour for the students in the center’s various sections, during which they listened to a simplified explanation from the female employee Khawla Al Zaabi on the procedures of registration and issuing ID cards, along with the services provided by the Center for its customers.
