A Delegation from Abu Dhabi Police GHQ visits Fujairah Customer Happiness Center

A delegation from Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters led by Lieutenant Colonel Saif Al Hafri and a number of officers visited the ICA’ Customer Happiness Center in Fujairah. The delegation reviewed the Center’s experience with the Global Stars System of Service Rating “7-Stars” and the services it provides to its customers and the approaches adopted to perform its functions, which in turn contributed to be ranked first among the best centers in UAE.
