Mass Wedding 2026. Enduring Values and Youth Empowerment

Since the founding of the Union, the UAE has built its journey on enduring values of family stability, social cohesion, and community responsibility. Over time, these principles have evolved into an inspiring and leading model rooted in authentic cultural heritage and noble human values that reflect the UAE’s progress.

Reflecting the importance of the family as the cornerstone of society, the UAE leadership declared 2026 the Year of Family, reinforcing the role of families in shaping future generations and preserving our nation’s cultural identity and social values.

Aligned with this vision and in support of the Year of Family initiative, ICP organised the 2026 Mass Wedding at the end of April for 60 employees and their families, in cooperation with the Ministry of Family Affairs. The event received strategic sponsorship from Majalis Abu Dhabi, Shory, and SlashData, along with principal sponsorship from Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and Daleel.

The ceremony was attended by H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes’ Affairs and Chairman of the International Humanitarian and Philanthropic Council, in addition to ministers and senior officials.

By organising the mass wedding initiative year after year, ICP reaffirms its commitment to supporting family stability, strengthening social cohesion, and empowering young people to build secure and stable families. The initiative also reflects the ICP’s dedication to social responsibility and its continued efforts to support youth and contribute to a stronger, more connected society.
