Terms and Conditions

Service fees

  • Expiry of the permitted stay period for the foreigner in the State, or the cancellation or expiration of the (entry visa / residence permit / exit permit / newborn registration), per day. - 50 AED
  • Delay in reporting any change or modification in personal data or civil events within 30 days from the date of the change, with a maximum fine of AED 1,000. - 20 AED
  • Delay in renewing the ID card in cases where renewal is permitted after the renewal grace period has expired, with a maximum fine of AED 1,000. - 20 AED
  • Misuse of smart services - 2000 AED
  • Smart services fees - 100 AED
