The Umm Al Quwain Registration Center has participated in the blood donation campaign, which the Emirates Identity Authority has launched in response to the call of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Matoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may Allah save him, for supplying blood to thalassemia patients and strengthening the capacity of the UAE blood banks and hospitals.The move is based on the keenness of the center’s family on participating in constructive humanitarian and social initiatives.
The center thanked the Department of Blood Transfusion Services of the Ministry of Health for providing a mobile blood bank, which made it easy for the center’s employees and customers to donate blood for this national campaign.
