The Customer Happiness Department and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Umm Al Quwain, in cooperation with the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department – Dubai, organized, under the tolerance initiatives, a virtual workshop session titled “Tolerance Concept” presented by Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim Al Farsi, Head of Research and Community Monitoring.
Dr. Al Farsi explained the concept of tolerance in general, and its positive impact on the individuals work environment, and their personal life. The workshop was attended by the Tolerance Committee members and a number of ICA employees.
ICA aims, through these initiatives, to promote the solid values of UAE, and to raise awareness of the importance of adopting tolerance as a life style among its employees.
