His Excellency Major General Suhail Jumaa Al Khaili, Director General of Identity and Passports at the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, paid a visit to Fujairah Customer Happiness Center, accompanied by Brigadier General Khalifa Matar Al Humairi, Acting Executive Director of Customer Happiness Centers, to check on the workflow of the center after the severe weather that had hit the Emirate of Fujairah. They were received by Brigadier Saeed Rashid Al Yamahi, Director of Identity and Citizenship Department in Fujairah.
During his visit, Al Khaili was briefed on the level of services provided to customers and the nature of the center’s compliance with the standards and requirements of Emirates Program for Excellence in Government Service (International Star System), in a preliminary step prior to implementing the internal evaluation activities of the authority.
The Director General of Identity and Passports stressed that all administrative processes aim to achieve outputs in accordance with the foundations of quality and the highest concepts of professional performance, praising the role played by the directors of the centers in terms of unremitting organizational efforts that take into account the aspirations of individuals and achieve their happiness.
