Sharjah Health Authority launched its health insurance application, which allows the use of the Emirates ID card instead of the insurance card.
ICA said in a report published by Al Khaleej newspaper in its issue today that the application will be integrated into the electronic health insurance program, which is linked electronically with the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship.
“SHA” clarified that the benefits of the application, which was launched on the margin of its participation in the “GITEX Technology Week 2018,” will be reflected on thousands of users in the emirate, pointing out that it includes many easy-to-use features that help users to identify the locations of hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, or diagnostic centers nearby.
