The Services Section at the Emirates Identity Authority has organized a training course for its employees on prevention and public safety by conducting evacuation drills in emergency cases such as fires. The training course, held in Musaffah Registration Center 1, came as part of the Emirates Identity Authority’s keenness on raising the employees’ level of awareness and their ability to confront crises and emergences.
The course, organized the day before yesterday in co-operation with Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Department and Musaffah Police Station, discussed how to make an emergency plan, perform first aid and fight fires. During the course, a 3-minute evacuation drill was conducted for the center’s customers and employees.
These courses came as part of an initiative launched recently by the Services Section at the Emirates Identity Authority under the banner “Prevention, safety, first aid and minor fire-fighting operations.” The Emirates Identity Authority is applying this initiative in all its affiliated registration centers across the UAE.
Following the course, Mr. Amer Al Muhri, Head of Services Section at the Emirates Identity Authority, held a meeting with representatives from Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Department and Musaffah Police Station. The meeting was attended by Ms Najat Al Meshjari, Acting Director of Musaffah Center, and the security and safety team of the Services Section.
