The innovation team of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship in Ras Al Khaimah organized a discussion session titled “Innovation in Government Work: Its Concept, Challenges and Solution Highlights”, hosted by the Na’ama Al Sharhan Majlis, a member of the Federal National Council in Al Dhait area, with the participation of a large number of women leaders.
During the session, Fatima Ahmed Al Balooshi, member of the team, reviewed ICA’s outstanding practices in service delivery.
During the session, which witnessed noticed interaction of women leaders in the Emirate, a short film about the ICA’s Innovation Center was displayed, during which the attendees were briefed on its sections and rooms, and the latest technical equipment designed to provide an environment suitable for visitors to think out of the box in order to provide creative and innovative ideas.
