The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ras Al Khaimah organized a training course for its employees titled “Building High Performance Teams”.
The course presented by Dr. Abdul Razzaq Farid Al Malki included successful methods for building work teams, analyzing the personal methods and preferences of team members, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, as well as ways to use team members’ individual differences as a gateway to building high-performance teams.
At the end of the four-day course, Major Ahmad Mohammed Al Taniji, Head of the Human Resources Section at the Directorate, delivered a certificate of thanks in recognition of his efforts that contributed to the success of the course and gave participants new experiences and skills.
