Ras Al Khaimah Innovation Team of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship launched the corner of the Bank of Creative Ideas at the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in the Emirate.
The launch of the event is part of a series of events organized by the team during the second week of UAE Innovation Month 2019.
During his inauguration ceremony, Brigadier Sultan Al Nuaimi, Executive Director of Residency and Foreigners Affairs at RAK, stressed the keenness of the Authority to enhance communication with its customers and enable them to participate in its tireless efforts to develop its services to the highest levels that meet their aspirations and achieve happiness.
He said that this initiative aims at encouraging the initiative spirit of the customers, getting benefits from their views, and carrying out the feasible opinions in the framework of ICA’s tireless endeavor to adopt the best and latest international practices.
After inaugurating the corner, the team organized a workshop to introduce the participants to how to register in the system and provide their ideas for the development of services.
