ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Ras Al Khaimah organized an initiative titled “Your Happiness is Our Goal”, which aimed at helping the “senior citizens” and delivering them their ID cards at their homes with respect and appreciation to them and their status in the society.
The initiative was organized by the Center’s employees in collaboration with the Center of Ministry of Community Development to identify the names of “senior citizens” in the Emirate whose ID cards will expire after less than six months, renew them in accordance with the procedures applied by the Authority and deliver them with a bouquet of roses to the homes of “senior citizens” who expressed their happiness with this gesture, which brought happiness and pleasure to their souls.
The organization of this initiative marks the commitment of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship to its social responsibilities and its keenness to pay attention to senior citizens and in the expression of respect and gratitude of the members of society to them.
