Quality Section organizes introductory course

The Quality Section at the Emirates Identity Authority has organized an introductory course on how to participate in Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award and the mechanism of selecting the categories of working teams and the best practices.

The participants in this training course were familiarized with the most important participation criteria and how to calculate grades, analyze the current status and improve performance to be compatible with the criteria required for participation in Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award.

The training course saw the participation of a number of directors and employees representing the Emirates Identity Authority-nominated working teams.
