H.E. Major General Sultan Yousef Al Nuaimi, Executive Director of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ras Al Khaimah, received at his office H.E. Iqbal Hussain Khan, the Consul General of Bangladesh in Dubai.
The meeting came within the framework of enhancing the prospects of cooperation between the two parties and establishing a foundation for bilateral relationships so as to benefit and serve the public interest. During the meeting, they discussed the cooperation between the two parties, tackled topics serving the Bangladeshi community in the State, and identified the most outstanding newly developed services provided with a high level of efficiency and quality by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ras Al Khaimah for all customers, whether nationals or residents.
Al Nuaimi emphasized GDRFA-RAK’s ongoing pursuit to upgrade its services in order to develop and improve the performance in a way that keeps pace with the technological era. This, in turn, will facilitate transactions for all visitors, residents, and tourists coming to the country to promote its position and security. Additionally, he explained that the director’s and officials’ doors are always open to all customers, their suggestions, and comments in regards to our services.
The Consul General of Bangladesh commended the efforts of the GDRFA-RAK in developing services and following the best approaches and practices to serve customers. He also expressed his appreciation of GDRFA’s efforts to provide all facilitations and support to the Bangladeshi community living in the UAE.
