This mourning, H. E. Major General Sohail Jumaa bin Kaltham Al Khaili, the director general of identity and passport at the Federal Authority of Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, visited the Customer Happiness Center in Al Ain, and he was received by Lieutenant-Colonel Awad Mehana Al Mahrami, the director of Customer Happiness Center in Al Jimi.
This visit embodies the Authority’s keenness on vigorous follow-up to the service delivery centers across the UAE and the work progress therein, as well as their preparedness for delivering high quality and leading services to delight customers and promote their satisfaction with the services delivered during official holidays.
Moreover, Major General Al Khaili visited the Customer Happiness Center in Ajman, where he was received by Mr. Rashid Al Noaimi, the deputy director of the Department of Identity and Citizenship in Ajman. This visit aimed to follow up on the work procedures and the customer’s journey for getting services optimally.
Major General Al Khaili commended the outstanding efforts exerted by the staff of the two centers who seek to deliver high quality and leading services at achieve customers’ satisfaction. He congratulated them on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr and praised their work during Eid holiday.
Major Khalifa Al Darmaki, the head of Government Liaison Section at the General Department of Identity and Passports, participated in these inspection visits.
