The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, represented by Al Barsha Customer Happiness Centre in Dubai, received a delegation from Ajman Port and Customs Department, to discuss ways to enhance cooperation and joint coordination on initiatives and experiences exchange, and to learn about the best practices.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the agenda, made comparisons, and learned about the criteria supporting the centre’s attainment of a six-star rating in light of the determinants of the Emirates Program for Excellence in Governmental Service.
