The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security held an advanced course on “Security Marks for Travel Documents and Detection of Fraudulent Documents”, which it organized for employees of the Air and Sea Ports Department at the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi in coordination with the National Security Investigations Department of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency at the US Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the Border Management Office at the Australian Consulate in Dubai. The course shed light on the developments and mechanisms for inspecting documents and standards related to the safety of travel documents. The course took place thanks to the closer cooperation with partners and within the framework of the Authority’s keenness to enhance human capital capabilities according to the highest levels of efficiency and excellence.
