The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs& Port Security has accomplished the project of “Your Golden Residency Visa in One Touch” for improving the experience of customers who wants to get the golden residency in speed and easy procedures through specific steps.
The project of “Your Golden Residency Visa in One Touch” is considered one of the transformative projects within the agreements of execution concluded by Federal governmental bodies for 2022, which were signed under the attendance of His Excellency, Majesty, Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashed Al Maktoum, Deputy of the state, The Prime Minister, Governor of Dubai- May Allah protects him. Execution Agreements represent qualitative projects that shall transfer the state towards the future and enhance its competitiveness. Moreover, the transformative projects are distinguished with achieving a great impact in all sectors within short periods and in such a method that ensures the application of the new methodology of the governmental work in the state of Emirates.
His Excellency Major General, Suhail Saeed Alkhaili, The Major General of the Authority said that the project of “Your Golden Residency Visa in One Touch” includes the provision of golden residency services for customers on electronic smart services system in a new more developing way and less complications indicating that the client who wants to get that service had to submit the request by himself under all terms and conditions that are required in that service, while that project includes adding that
client so that shall help him in setting the relating requests and recovering all requirements according to ID No. or the Unified No. plus processing the request automatically for all related stages in order to reach the final exit.
The transformative project of “Your Golden Residency Visa in One Touch” shall encourage the endeavors of Emirates Government to accelerate achieving all targets of the sub divisions relating to consistent and technologically superior infrastructure as well as supervisory government that is based on carrying out results within the Vision of “We The UAE, 2031” which requires quality and redoubled efforts that shall contribute in achieving the governmental aspirations and shall reflect positively on the society and the various sectors of the state.
This project shall form the main support for UAE to be the most leading and superior country during the coming ten years via carrying out the future formal requirements and constructing a technological and developed infrastructure that shall contribute in achieving operations quickly and easily for the customers in such a way that would fulfil their aspirations and ambitions which shall improve the quality of live and happiness of society.
His Excellency, Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili said that the project of “Your Golden Residency Visa in One Touch” aims at minimizing the number of client’s interferences and improving his experience in getting the package of golden residency as well as fulfilling the requests of nomination for the golden residency proactively at 100% along with enhancing the position of the state to be at the first place of the competitive index of the flexibility of residency laws. Upgrading the level of customers’ pleasure about the experience of getting golden residency up till 100%, encouraging investors, entrepreneur, those talented specialists and researchers in the fields of Science and Various Knowledge to progress in order to get the golden residency.
His Excellency added that the Federal Authority for Identity, Nationality , Customs & Port Security has successfully carried out all executive stages relating to the project such as the required studies, compatibility with the applicable laws and legislations, setting up the detailed perceptions for the system of residency, redesigning the journey of the client for achieving his aims, providing a new platform for displaying the service within the frame of smart service system for the Authority and launching the marketing campaign to encourage the customers for making use of the new service.
The project of “Your Golden Residency Visa in One Touch” include all packages of golden stay as a full package, starting from the request for nomination or getting visa, amending the status, issuing or renewing the identity or residency Card. This proposal shall provide the aimed customers with the option of golden stay via simple and easy steps that shall include log in with the digital ID card or the registered e-mail or the smart services of the Authority also, selecting the intended packages from those golden ones within the main list of the system besides updating the profile data if necessary, selecting the suitable service, filling up and reviewing the required data, submitting the application and pay all needed charges.
