The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Umm Al Quwain, under the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP), organized the fourth Customer Council of 2025 on Wednesday, 12 November 2025, at the Directorate’s headquarters in Umm Al Quwain. The event was attended by a number of customers, including citizens, residents, and employees.
The council aimed to enhance the customer experience and promote government services by directly listening to participants’ feedback and suggestions. It also sought to contribute to the continuous development of services and the improvement of performance quality by delivering innovative and efficient solutions that meet customer needs with ease and flexibility.
