Al-Khaili visited the Monitoring and Follow-up Room
Brigadier Suhail Jumaa Al-Khaili, ICA’s Acting Director-General, visited the monitoring and follow-up room in the Directorate and checked the progress of work and the services it provides, as well as the role it plays in order to enable the Directorate to upgrade its services to the best levels, which in turn contributes to the completion of nationals’ transactions in the best manner.
During his visit to the room, Brigadier Al-Khaili was introduced to its responsibilities, which include following-up the applications for “Mabrouk Ma Yak”, electronic applications for personal status services, and renewal of passports.
Brigadier Al-Khaili also checked a part of the room operations, including receiving calls from customers and responding to their inquiries and follow-up their applications and completing them, and communicate with the concerned departments in case of transaction delays and ensure the speed of completion to ensure the achievement of happiness to customers.
The Acting Director-General directed the room’s employees to take due care while receiving customers’ calls, answering their inquiries, and exerting all efforts to overcome the obstacles to the completion of their transactions. This is to enable them to get the services they require easily, with reduced time and effort.
Brigadier Al-Khaili emphasized the importance of organizing awareness workshops for all employees of the General Directorate of Nationality and Passports in all emirates of UAE and introducing them to the tasks of the operations and follow-up room, as well as its role in serving nationals. This way they can support the room work and enable it to play its role perfectly. He further pointed out the importance of the daily reports prepared by the room to support the development and improvement plans developed by the Directorate to achieve its strategic objectives.
During his visit to the room, Brigadier Al Khaili was accompanied by Brigadier Khalifa Al Qubba Al Humairi, Executive Director of the Personal Status and Passports, and a number of Directors of the General Directorate of Nationality and Passports in the UAE Emirates.
