After being redesigned and developed based on the best standards to increase transactions completion rates
ICA announces the inauguration of a customer happiness center in Khor Fakkan city after being renewed, developed and redesigned based on the best standards and practices. It also adheres to the criteria of Emirates Government Service Excellence Program.
The center, which is located in Khor Fakkan city in the Emirate of Sharjah and annexed to the Preventive Medicine Center, is open to the public from Sunday to Thursday from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. It provides the services of fingerprinting and photo taking to customers coming from two registration stations, with a capacity of 144 customers per day.
ICA closed the center temporarily at the end of last January to develop it and add more facilities, in order to increase transaction completion rates. This will in turn positively reflected on the level of services provided to customers, make them happy and satisfy them.
ICA urged its customers to contact it, as needed, through its communication channels, whether via the contact center on (600530003) working on 24/7 basis, via its social media pages, i.e. Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, or via the live chat “Ask Hamad” available on ICA’s website, as well as its customer happiness centers all over the State.
Furthermore, ICA indicated that customers and the public can access the addresses of the customer happiness centers and offices all over UAE, and reaching them using “Google Maps” via its website (www.icp.gov.ae), by clicking the link (ICA’s centers) on the Homepage. They can also learn about the waiting time in each center and the nearest center to their locations, as well as the time taken to reach there.
