ICA Director Visits “Mussafah Center” and “Khalifa Medical City Center” for Customer Happiness

His Excellency Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Acting Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, paid a visit to the Musaffah Customer Happiness Center, and the Khalifa Medical City for Customer Happiness.
Objective of the visits was to extend his thanks and gratitude for the two entities’ outstanding efforts to enable the ICA achieving its desired results following participating in the Global Star Rating System for services.
