ICA provides all its services on a 24/7 basis through its e-channels and smart application

ICA announced that its Customer Happiness Centers all over the State annexed to the Directorates of Nationality, Foreigners Affairs, and Ports will provide their services during the Eid Al Fitr holiday from Sunday 2 June to Thursday 6 June 2019. They will receive customers and the public from 9 am to 1 pm, but they will be closed on Friday and Saturday.
ICA explained that all its Customer Happiness Centers which provide ID card services will be closed during the Eid holiday, as of Sunday morning 2 June until Sunday morning 9 June 2019. It further noted that work in these centers will resume work as normal and in the usual working hours following the end of the blessed Eid holiday.
ICA illustrated that its customers wishing to apply for nationality and residency services, including all types of visa services, can apply via ICA’s e-channels and smart application. Applicants can also apply for the services of registration in the Population Register system, issuance, renewal, or replacement of ID cards by using the electronic form (My Form), which can be easily and simply accessed through ICA’s website, as well as through its smart application of tablets and mobile phones. It further pointed out that its call center will continue to provide its services and answer the customers’ questions and receive their feedback on a 24/7 basis (600530003).
ICA added that customers can benefit from the interactive services provided through the various communication channels, on top of which, its website and pages on social networking sites and the call center. These are mainly concerned with the questions about the status of the ID card applications and the status of the card at Emirates Post, explaining that customers can access the website and follow the status of their application via the link (ID card status inquiry service), by entering the electronic form number composed of 21 digits, thus they can know the process through which the card is going within a few seconds. The status of the ID card at UAE Post can also be followed through its link on the website home page, and applicants for the foreign affairs and ports services can follow up their applications through the e-channels and smart application by entering the application number to know how it is processed.
ICA pointed out that its customers and the public can get the addresses of the customer’s centers and offices all over the State, as well as the feature of locating their geographical locations through “Google Maps”. They can also know the waiting times in each center and the nearest center to the customer and the time it takes to reach it, through the service centers on its website (https://www.icp.gov.ae). ICA calls customers to communicate with them through the 15 channels, to receive Customers’ comments or questions related to the services.

He wished more happiness, prosperity, and achievements of our beloved UAE.
