“ICA” Briefed “Dubai Courts” Delegation on its Best Practices in Creativity

he Office of Strategic Support and Corporate Excellence at the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship briefed a delegation of Dubai Courts on its best practices in the field of creativity during the delegation’s visit to ICA’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi.

In the presence of Khawla Al Tayer, Director of the Office and Human Resource Consultant at ICA, Eng. Inas Ghosheh presented an explanation about the Bank of Creative Ideas, through which ICA enables its employees and customers to present their ideas and suggestions to get benefit from them in enhancing the approach of excellence and providing the highest quality services to customers.

Saif Obaid Al Dhaheri, Chief Operating and Quality Administrator, explained the methodology of managing strategic partnerships in ICA, how to prepare plans for communication with strategic partners and their evaluation mechanisms, and a summary of Operation Design System (I GRAPHIC) and its operating mechanism.

The delegation included Khalid Al Falasi, Head of Quality Department, Maha Al Suwaidi, Head of Corporate Excellence Unit, Mona Darwish, Head of Quality Assurance, Fatima Al Marzouqi, Head of Survey and Statistics, Fatima Al Naqbi, Head of Planning, Al Muthanna Al Nusseirat, Specialist of Corporate Excellence, Aesha Al-Kaabi, Executive Operations and Quality Officer, Noora Al-Sakatari Executive Corporate Performance Management Officer.
