Brigadier Suhail Jumaa Al Khaili, Acting Director General of Identity and Passports, paid an inspective visit to Musaffah and Khalifa Medical City Centers of Customer Happiness in Abu Dhabi, where he was briefed on the progress of work and the services provided to the public.
Al Khaili also met with the staff of the two centers and praised their efforts, calling for the continuation of enhancing the services provided to customers and improving their quality in accordance with best practices and standards.
The Acting Director General of Identity and Passports stressed the importance of discussing the latest findings in developing work mechanisms at the front lines and supporting them with all facilities, in addition to monitoring the indicators of achievement and seeing the development of improvement plans to improve the performance and enhance the happiness of employees and customers in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the Authority.
