His Highness Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Deputy Chairman of the Emirates Identity Authority, has underscored the necessity to intensify efforts in the upcoming period and benefit from the opinion poll studies, results of surveys and suggestions of the public to ensure the provision of excellent services and increase the customer satisfaction rate.
Sheikh Saif said so during the meeting which was held under his chairmanship at the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters today Sunday to discuss the results of the customer satisfaction and secret shopper study conducted by Nelson International, which showed that the general customer satisfaction rate was 83 per cent.
Praising the efforts and initiatives launched previously by the Emirates Identity Authority to upgrade its services based on its keenness on gaining the satisfaction of its external customers, Sheikh Saif instructed that another survey be made after 6 months.
Meanwhile, H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, clarified that Sheikh Saif’s directives constitute a strong incentive and a real motive for the Emirates Identity Authority’s family members to double efforts in order to increase this percentage and ensure that customer satisfaction is as high as possible in line with the Emirates Identity Authority’s future ambitions.
Al Khouri underscored the importance of dealing positively with the good results of the customer satisfaction surveys and treating them as an incentive towards a more serious work and more intensive efforts and as an advanced step towards the provision of excellent services in a creative and innovative manner, thereby contributing to increasing customer satisfaction.
