The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, represented by the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Umm Al Quwain, conducted a mock evacuation drill at its premises on Tuesday, 28 April 2026, in cooperation with Umm El Quwain Civil Defense, with the participation of officials, employees, and visitors, as part of efforts to enhance emergency preparedness and response.
The drill focused on raising awareness of proper emergency procedures among employees and visitors, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of evacuation plans.
The exercise was executed safely and in accordance with approved protocols, supporting ongoing efforts to promote a safe working environment and strengthen a culture of prevention, contributing to the protection of lives and property and reinforcing safety standards across government entities.
