ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Fujairah honored the MoCD’s Customer Happiness Center in the Emirate in appreciation of its employees’ effort and their excellent cooperation in facilitating the procedures of ICA’s senior customers.
Sheikh Hamad Bin Abdullah Bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Director of the Center, received the appreciation and gratitude certificate from Ahmed Al Abdouli, Director of Al Fujairah Center, during his visit to the Center’s premises in the Emirate.
Sheik Hamad Bin Abdullah expressed his appreciation and gratitude to ICA for such honoring, confirming that this cooperation enhances the relations of both entities and contributes to improving the level of the services provided to customers
